A fast sinking ship

A lot of promise with the tech, great company offsites.

Cons

The company lacks any sort of real strategy, vision, or plan. In my tenure everything from the price to the products themselves were changed on a monthly basis, and we went through 3 different sales leaders in less than 6 months. New execs would join the company and quit within a couple of weeks. I just heard rom my friend who is still there that the CEO decided the company no longer needs a marketing team and is less than half the size it was a few months ago when I left. They are completely falling apart. This company is a fast sinking ship with dysfunctional founders who lack any time of real leadership. RUN!!

CEO is a clown. Has no idea what he’s doing. Came across as a pompous and disrespectful. Hires and fires randomly. Changes his mind all the time because he doesn’t have a clue how to build a company. Screws with people’s lives but he doesn’t care.
