      Pros

      Really, it's the good people here that makes all the difference. I've never seen a company of over 60 employees where everyone is so good to each other and are just decent human beings. The creativity, intelligence and client services at Cone is exceptional. The company also truly cares for the quality of life of their employees and strives to create a great work-life balance. The client work is stellar and the majority of the clients are happy with Cone as their agency, which is rare. I am so happy being a part of this "family."

      Cons

      The pay is a little low for cost of living in Boston, but that seems to be more of a PR industry problem. Though I do hope they cherish their employees and rectify it.

      Pros

      Not an internship where you run and get coffee - lots of work opportunities, was constantly busy and in and out of meetings.

      Cons

      Social Impact was a lot more intense than other divisions - ended up working outside of intern hours and missing most lunch breaks. Also, the office culture wasn't my favorite and wasn't incredibly welcoming.
