High % of DNQs due to tight underwriting and high premiums = Poor conversion & low pay. Agents need to learn redundant programs, some DOS, to do simple tasks. Agents paid based on conversion of calls received instead if quotable calls. Large % of misrouted calls negatively impacts conversion. Top agents not audited for quality, gaming allowed.
