This company is a circus run by clowns. Absolutely abhorrent and negligent upper management, they are not transparent at all. Constantly switching up things in the departments for no reason. They lie to their employees, burn them out, and treat them like work horses. They don’t reward high quality work, nor do they care about it. They are ok with their products being low quality. Ceo is too quick to makes serious decisions. They don’t train new employees properly at all, nor do they provide support for existing employees during department changes. I received little to no official training during my 5 years there. Extremely toxic work environment and on top of that you will be laughably underpaid, overworked, and last but not least unappreciated.
It’s essentially a boys club in upper management and in sales somewhat too. It’s really entertaining watching them truly believe the lies they are selling clients in the travel and tourism industry. Multiple attendees told me in Puerto Rico and Dertriot they were awful. Not to mention the shady business practices I observed on the daily. There was no SOP in existence and if their was it was NEVER EVER enforced.
