Pros

The salary is often more competitive than other outsourcing companies. They offer a lot of work-from-home and hybrid roles. The work environment is usually professional, and many employees say their teammates are friendly and supportive. You'll get exposure to international clients, which is great for career growth and building your experience. Many employees also appreciate the work-life balance, especially if they're with a well-managed client.

Cons

Like any outsourcing company, ConnectOS also has its downsides. One of the biggest challenges is that your experience depends heavily on the client you're assigned to. Some clients have heavier workloads, tighter deadlines, or different management styles. Salary increases and promotions may not be as frequent as some employees expect, and benefits can vary depending on the account. If you're supporting US-based clients, there's also a chance you'll be working night shifts. While many employees have positive experiences, others feel that communication and processes could be improved at times, especially when working across different teams and clients.

Pros

The recruitment process was smooth and efficient from the initial HR call to the final interview with the Australian client. I was fortunate to be selected and the entire journey from the job offer and orientation to onboarding was well-organized and supportive. What I appreciate most about ConnectOS is how they genuinely care for their employees. They regularly check on my well-being, ensure my work aligns with my role, and provide ongoing support. The competitive compensation package and welcome kit made me feel valued from day one. Working full-time from home has allowed me to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering strong results, and my client has been very happy with my contributions. One of the highlights was meeting my client, the CFO of our Finance Department, in person on June 9, 2026. It was rewarding to hear that I was their top choice during the recruitment process and to receive a thoughtful welcome gift from Australia. I also enjoyed visiting the ConnectOS office, which is clean, comfortable, and equipped with great amenities such as fresh coffee, a pantry, and massage services. Overall, my experience with ConnectOS has been very positive, and I’m grateful to be part of an organization that values and supports its employees.

Cons

So far, I have not encountered any major concerns. As the company continues to grow, providing more visibility on long term career progression and internal opportunities would be beneficial.
