      Pros

      it's fine. Salaries are fine but not great, attitudes are generally ok with a few bad apples. Managers are decent. It's one of the better factories to work in, but it's still boring factory work.

      Cons

      salaries aren't great, no flexibility in working hours, no meaningful benefits, it's a job that pays the bills.
