Truly toxic

Pros

The product itself is competitive. You would never know looking at the marketing materials.

Cons

Verbal abuse, bullying, and gaslighting all ignored by HR despite multiple reports. Terminated sales reps during the pandemic for not meeting sales goals. The cofounders are married. Hiring is incestuous.

Pros

This is a decent industry and the product doesn't suck. Despite rampant incompetence at the top, there's a lot of nice folks here doing their best.

Cons

This company is one of the most dysfunctional it's been my misfortune to work at. Senior management is totally misaligned and not very competent. Internal fights at the top create a situation in which success is not attainable. Also the churn in sales is so low it looks more like a therapy group than a collection of professionals. Very few of the employees outside of core product understand what the product does, and as such outbound messaging is muddled at best. This is a nexus of failure that should be avoided.
