      There are no pros.

      Cons

      Gossiping, backstabbing coworkers, horrible communication. Low pay for the amount of work. Ridiculous policies that need to be corrected yet continue to remain in place. Management is a joke.

      Everybody gets same percentage raise. Raises should be based on merit.
