Pros
There is a lot to learn with the Engineers there, very experienced and knowledgeable. Flexible hours in both ways for personal time off but also you have to devote extra work hours to complete the deadlines. Typical projects company . The staff is treated fairly and with respect. Company has a good reputation for responsible with customers
Cons
Technical staff does all the heavy lifting compensating understaffed or no experienced sales staff. Sales staff leaves all the heavy work to engineering and show no interest in learning.There is no clear marketing plans or career plans for engineering staff . This is not a company for long term career pursuers. People leave for bigger salaries but miss the environment
