      Pros

      Great people to be in the trenches with. Good benefits. Good pay. The motion control group feels like a real team, all pulling together. The product line is solid and has a great reputation.

      Cons

      Communication from the parent company was not always good, but it was improving when I left. It sometimes felt like an "us vs them" mentality.
