Plenty of work to do. CNM is likely to do fine as a company for many more years.

Cons

Not a good place to have a career in data. This is not a company that values knowledge workers. They hire, squeeze out what they need, and then discard. High turnover amongst analysts and middle management. Senior and Executive leadership is steady, everyone else comes and goes.
