Honestly, they were pretty great

-In the contract written working 42 hours , in reality you will work more than that, the extra hours are not paid , if you work 300 hours more in one year they will convert only 150hours to permit , other 150 you lose them . and maximum that you can take 2 hours per day as permit.(so dont think that you can convert 150 to 8 hours of permit) -No raise, if you are woman your situation is worse. there is a dictatorship in this company, The HR are really not trustworthy , so d'ont think that they will be in your side even if you know you are right because of dictatorship. -you can get fired faster than light. -they start firing those people close to retirement even if they work their more than 10 years(so it's not safe env ). -they have a system in order to evaluate people, and majority of people doesnt get high evaluation because they dont want give a raise. -They said to you you will get a raise of 5000 CHF each two years(not true at all).
