Turns blind eye to issues. Overworked and underpaid. You are treated like a child. Micromanaged. You have to do what they say—even if it’s wrong, which can be damaging to business. No diversity and adamant they won’t change. HR is a joke. If you like gossip this is the place for you. There are lots of social events, but most are on your time and if you don’t participate you will be ostracized.
