      Pros

      - fun company culture, get to see all the top hotels for free, freedom to make your own schedule and be your own manager. Company is very easy going and majority of people are friends.

      Cons

      100% commission based, very competitive, little room for growth, no benefits. Can never really trust what their next move is. Type of place to just lower your commission base for no apparent reason without an explanation.

      - 100% comission salary with no limit. - Completely remote, anywhere with stable WIFI to work - Complementary stay in fantastic resorts around the country - Flexible Schedule. - Great place for learning

      Cons

      - High demand and a lot of hours to invest - Requires consistency and organization skills. - Eaingt what you hunt principle, and tough first few months while you understand the gig.

      Almost 8 years with the company, I went from an intern to a lead position so far. Great team and positive work environment Good benefits Excellent opportunities to learn

      Cons

      It's a medium size company, so under performing quarter or two can have a bigger impact on the business direction, and drive a lot of stress than in some bigger businesses.
