Pros
Countermind is a great start-up opportunity offering stock options and exposure to high-level business decisions. The people are great, and there is a high degree of personal respect. Countermind is also a good place to learn about business, as even relatively low-level employees can become involved in product or business decisions.
Cons
The benefits are dismal. For example the medical deductible is $3000 for an individual, or $6000 for a family, with almost zero coverage until the deductible is met. The salaries are also below average. Generally no benefits are offered to non-executives.
