    Pros

    The other technicians were nice guys, but they realized that they would get paid no matter what they did so no one showed any hustle.

    Cons

    Made suggestions to management on how to avoid some of the problems we found which they ignored.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to the people on the floor. I know they don't know as much as you but sometimes they are right...

    They no longer manufacture. Only service and parts.
