Pay is good when you have work. Upper management is nice and not pushy
Cons
Don't supply you with the legal supplies you need for the job to do it legal and correct. When equipment is don't it takes forever to fix it. Mechanics don't have the proper equipment and trucks to do their job. You don't start with the the stuff you need to do your job like fuel card, log book, dvir book, etc
nothing at this point, hoped that there were at the beginning but this place is going down the tubes every day
Cons
This place is nuts. Equipment is always down, so nothing to do but stand around or not get paid. Foreman and Supers (not all) are awful, sleeping in trucks doing drugs, and favoring the people they like. Every job is behind schedule so I'm not sure if I have a future here or not but it doesn't look good.
