I worked at Crius Energy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Relaxed work environment
    -Genuine coworkers
-Plenty of opportunity and education available
-Management (Director and above) are very approachable, friendly, caring, and involved.
    -Great benefits

    Cons

-The locations in Norwalk was a con for me personally.

    Advice to Management

Allow people to work from home more often if their job can be done outside of the office. I was allowed to do this and accomplished much more while being much more comfortable. It made me grateful and more accomplished since I was now being judged on the quality of my work and not time spent in the office.

I enjoyed time I spent there. I look back on my time at Crius very fondly.

    Pros

Fast paced environment where if you are willing to work a lot of hours and are able to figure things our for yourself (no hand holding here) then you have an opportunity to advance, but it comes at a price.

    Cons

Bad data, bad processes, quick expansion leads to a stressful work environment where you are consistently trying to keep your head above water. Pay is low for all the work.

I worked at Crius Energy full-time

    Pros

Company will be profitable. People are expendable and ideas are disposable

    Cons

Legal centric culture with so much focus on execution and little master planning or realistic direction. Acquisitions do not make the company stronger, they over task executives and create a demand for outlandish projections.

    Advice to Management

There are more innovative ideas coming out of the break room than the boardroom. Listen to the lifeblood of the organization.
