      Good benefits, relaxed, nice employees

      Cons

      Everyone was great for the most part except the owner. As a white man, he was offensive to other races and women and did not try to hide it. He thinks he's the smartest guy in the room all of the time-cocky and ignorant.

      Pros

      I worked at Crosspoint for 3 years as a calibration technician and enjoyed my time there. I was treated fairly and professionally. I was offered training to further my education which benefited my job skills.

      Cons

      I hope that all employees take advantage of the educational opportunities offered.
