I have been with this company for 4+ years now and love everything about this company. Management is good and supportive / invests in your career. People are wonderful and that makes everyday enjoyable to come to work. To add to that , it's a dog friendly office. We get to bring our dogs to work everyday. YAY! I am happy to have found the company that takes interest in keeping their employees content.
Cons
I wish we had more free parking spots. There are only limited free parking. We do get Trimet pass. But if you are driving you better reach early to get that free parking. If not you will be paying $13 in parking . :(

Flexible Schedule, freedom to focus on sales with minimal reporting, direct access to management and openness to ideas and suggestions
Cons
Uncertain future of startup company, unsure of quality of one leader, though company has changed and grown greatly since I was there years ago

Pros
Having been here for three years, I can't imagine being anywhere else. The team and leadership are great, and the product is fun to work on. Love having the dogs around the office. It's also very diverse for a tech company - No "brogrammer" culture at all.
Cons
It can be a bit difficult working with the parent company at times, but that's gotten a lot better over the years.

Cons

People often move into other positions from the QA department.
Cons
CrowdCompass was recently bought and things have gone downhill. I spent two years there and would have gladly stayed another two if weren't for the tone deaf management. They became obsessed with rockstars, starting with logic testing all new and existing hires- even those not applying for a tech position. Micromanaging to the point of half the dev team leaving. Everything is a blame game. Senior devs are told what to do and ignored. CrowdCompass works best if you think of it as a parody office showcasing the worst of tech industry.
