Pros
Fellow employees are very nice.
Cons
Salaried employees are expected to give 200% and work whenever asked for however long. Lunch breaks are a luxury. Everyone has to work retail during the holidays even those in non-retail positions. Even away from work weekend plans are expected to be run by management. They do not tell you this when you're hired.
