      Pros

      My teams managers were smart and wanted their teams to succeed. Autonomous once you prove yourself.

      Cons

      Admin piled senior team members with so much additional work that it cut into their time to coach their teams, causing growth to plateau. The go-to solution is to shuffle people and teams which does not solve core issues, just stalls them.
