-worked alone for 2 months because corporate were dragging their feet when two of my team members were axed
-basic things like repair were tied up for days or weeks because of protocols
-hemorrhaged good employees from the top down after founder/CEO retired
-when my side was laid off, even the sales and support sections seemed miserable
-production was laid off because corporate valued the bigger lab, even though we had much better performance even when it was just me operating the machines.
-corporate changes destroyed our competitive advantage
-we worked insanely long hours, risked our lives in a few snowstorms, just to meet our daily output. We succeeded, too, but didn't get recognition or help to ease the burden.
-company thought they could get 6 of us to move all the way across the country to a lab where everyone seems like miserable automatons.
-I predicted our demise 5 months before it happened, but nobody believed me until the announcement came.
