      Supportive remote environment but informal systems can confuse

      Pros

      Remote work internet/mobile phone subsidy friendly & helpful colleagues management is open, approachable and transparent.

      Cons

      smaller company with more informal systems. Payroll is handled by 1 person in house so pay timing can vary slightly (although has never been late). Sometimes a confusing mix of systems with little formal training and unclear license and usage guidelines.
