    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at CyberPowerPC

    Pros

Can be very easy to get hired.

    Cons

Low pay(only good for someone who still lives with their parents) and no room for growth, just the lowest bidder. Inexperienced managers, supervisors, and so called accountants. Lack of human resource. Dangerous working environments. No tools or direction are provided, just spots that needs filling from anyone. Some new hires applied for certain departments with certain duties but when actually started, were sent to something...

    Advice to Management

Stop favouritism. Re-asses your skills on a honest level. Listen to your subordinates and the consumers. Monitor your supervisors and their decisions. Most of all, stop breaching employees rights.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at CyberPowerPC full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

easy to get in, friendly co-workers

    Cons

McDonald paygrade for skilled/experienced technicians, emotional department managers with no managing experience and college education, not willing to provide even cheapest tools and support for the job(very dangerous work place with minimal protection gears) 0 management from mangers who are CEO's relatives and alike, delay overtime pay at will, constantly beaching federal employee right. the list goes on.

    Advice to Management

Employee are human not cattle, so treat them like one, we know all too well when you delay our overtime pay after 60hrs a week so you don't have to deal with federal assigned 2x pay grade, we haven't turn you into EDD yet doesn't mean we don't know what you are doing, so stop being lousy. have some minimal planing before execute a new "procedure", so you won't decrease working efficiency and upset your employees, especially...

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at CyberPowerPC full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

I seldom work overtime. The atmosphere in the office is quite free and easy.

    Cons

I don't have a sense of achievement when I finished some of my tasks. It's a job without innovation and challenge.

    Advice to Management

Please delegate some tasks to subordinates. Making decisions by only few people is not a good way.
