4yThank you for your positive feedback. We have many areas we are working on to scale Cylynt as we grow and working towards a great team member experience is a key area. Whilst you do not list any cons, we recognize that we have a way to go in a number of areas, but are working hard (and the team are most definitely helping us with that) to continuously improve.
