      Inexperienced Management. Internal disputes are common and witch-hunting encouraged. Use of earned vacation hours frequently discouraged. General dishonesty and backpedaling. Other Cons are already reflected in previous reviews. Pay is on low-end of industry standard but this is addressed going in.
