Cons
no overtime, still expect you to stay in office till night 3 am, and the offer letter mentioned salary, and the in-hand salary is so different. also they expect to use money which we are earning to be used in our project, and also hesitate or refuse or avoid giving full amount to refund, so totally you find yourself getting very low in hand salary, and also using that money for the company only, also there is no fix date of salary credit. A perfect Example of LALA company. as even owner and CEO both are so high tempered with no professionalism, and abusive. no single day you gonna find a peace there, always you will hear sounds like screaming and yelling.
