      - Exposure to a variety of industries - Freedom with schedule as long as you put in 40hrs

      Cons

      - Horizontal Orginazational structure. Less opportunity for vertical growth - Management feels they need to be right about everything - Stress from underquoted projects. They low ball and you are pretty much always over budget.

      Dynamic working culture with autonomy to try things out and quickly get feedback. Great colleagues and management. Flat org structure with a lot of management accessibility and support.

      There is no upward growth. It is run like a start-up that got too big. And there are two CEOs? Which makes no sense. I never got a single review in all my time working there
