Pros

Gained hands-on experience with AWS and its security and monitoring services. Developed confidence in handling tasks independently. Most of the learning and work I did was self-driven, as I had to explore and complete tasks on my own. the main thing i learn how to use AI chatgpt for their work.

Cons

I worked at this company for around 7–8 months as a cybersecurity intern. I originally applied for a VAPT Intern position, but was instead placed as a Security Analyst Intern. Despite claiming to have a SOC setup, the company does not actually use standard SOC tools. Their “SOC services” mainly rely on AWS cloud monitoring features, which they present as a complete SOC solution to clients. During my time there, I noticed that the team lacked experienced or certified cybersecurity professionals — most of the work focused on limited penetration testing with a few basic tools. There was no structured training, mentorship, or proper guidance. Additionally, I never received an official appointment letter or legal employment documentation during my internship, which raised concerns about transparency and professionalism. Overall, I would advise others to carefully verify the company’s claims and work environment before joining.
