Cons

People in the office work really hard, but management is the biggest issue. Decisions often feel very top-down, with limited explanation or real communication. There also seems to be a lack of experienced people management. In my experience, there was very little follow-up around performance, expectations, or growth, and managers did not always seem aware of the actual project scope before questioning timelines or task progress. Priorities change often, and the workflow can get messy because there does not seem to be a clear process. Raising questions or sharing different ideas can sometimes feel discouraged instead of being treated as normal discussion. Roles are not clearly defined. Designers are expected to do development work, while developers are asked to handle design work, which affects both quality and workflow. QA are also impacted because there are not always proper design files, requirements, or clear references to test against. There seems to be an unrealistic belief that AI can solve everything, which creates unfair expectations when people are asked to work outside their actual role or skill set. There is also an unhealthy attitude around overtime. It can feel like if you do not work extra hours, it gets held against you. Overall, the environment can feel overly controlled, stressful, poorly managed, and not very supportive.
