As a relatively smaller business, our processes and workflows have been flexible - adapting with the feedback and knowledge of the growing team and our customer requirements. While this has allowed us to try new systems/processes/workflows, we have been conscious that "moving" processes can cause confusion and should be addressed.
In the last 6 months, we have been putting in place clearer guidelines and documentation - including an Operations & On-boarding Handbook - to help define clear processes, workflows and documentation. This is being driven by senior members of the team as a collaborative effort.
While the majority of the team is in Melbourne, we do have employees in other regions. These staff are directly engaged individually by Dcode Group, we don't outsource our software development. Post COVID has allowed our team members to work from anywhere.
