      Pros

      We basically did whatever we wanted with pretty much no leadership as managers quit or were fired every three months. Our managers just couldn't stand having to deal with corporate bosses in Ontario.

      Low pay, few hours since all of our clients went with other companies, complete lack of communication

      - Overworked -Under Appreciated -Under Paid -The CEOs are typical greedy business men. -Upper management is beyond unorganized -Vendors are rarely paid and used as loan banks -Miserable environment -Most employees are frantically searching for new jobs
