    Pros

Don't work many hours. Can learn a lot if you love learning from the internet . Time schedule is not tight.
    Good morning breakfast :).

    Cons

can staganize since the projects are long term.
Salaries are good only for high level managment

    Advice to Management

Learn Ohm low before you earn 40,000 shekels a month.
I guess having blue eyes is a very good condition to be successive, but having brain is better.
The CEO has a very strange haircut, which might push customers a way.
An advice to the management : try not to fire 100 employees, and after half a year increase the high level management salary and compensation benefits.

I worked at DSP Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Small company, so get a good chance to work in multiple areas, R&D, market-facing activities etc
    - Good middle management, capable of bringing our the best in individuals
    - Very nice work atmosphere, experienced team

    Cons

    - Lots of chopping and changing of overall strategy. So lots of sudden changes in the work direction . More tactical than strategic
    - Driven too much by individual customers, rather than an independant view of where the specific semicon domain is going. Tendancy to jump to easily when customer says jump.

    Advice to Management

    - Have more of a long-term vision instead of tactical customer engagements.
