Do not work here!!! Very poorly managed company, the company policy's and procedures change constantly, very high employee turnover - 100% in less than 18 months. Applicants are not properly screened for open positions and many times last only a few days after hired. Personal and professional growth at this company are lacking.
I would caution anyone from leaving a job to come to DVM Management. The turnover for new employees is very high, maybe 1 in 8 will make it and not get fired in the first 3 months. Candidates are not well screened and may not have the skills for the job. There is no commitment from management for training or staff development.
