Never went through training process. First day was alone in the store. My first assistant manager role. Was offered assistant manager instead of key holder like i applied, and had no assistant store manager experience or what to do. Don't expect them to be reasonable or negotiate pay, most of the time they will know if they are going to send you an offer before ever doing the interview along with your interview being your oriantation day at some locations. Expected to reprice everything along with changing whole store layout weekly, so not one thing is in the same spot the next week. Taking pictures of everything weekly once in a while biweekly. you are in the store most of the time by yourself, so really no breaks ever and expected to know how to solve issues by yourself. For example I was really sick that I was in the ER the night prior and still had to go in because store manager refused to let me switch. Store manager wouldn't let us assistant and key holders talk to each other and move schedule around with in our selves. coughing, throwing up, and no one else was able to be picked up.
