1. Very good domain knowledge can be gained 2. Your java basics will become strong.

Cons

1. Salary too low than industry standards 2. Company controlled by a couple of top level 3. All work and no fun 4. Hr policies not at all good 5. No flexible timing. Salary deducted if you go office late for more than 3 times in a month 6. No work from home facility
