      Terrible place to work if you are not in the family

      Good industry to build a career

      Cons

      Small family run business with blatant nepotism. It seems very friendly at first, but you will soon learn that there is Inconsistent management and virtually no management in some departments, little to no training. And if you are not in the family, it is only a matter of time before they turn on you.

      Pros

      Everyone was very welcoming at first and it felt like a closely knit environment. Unfortunately, that did not last for very long. Please see below.

      Cons

      This was an awful place to work! It is family owned company where 93% of the employees are blood related and 8% are longtime family friends; the rest are there by mistake. No one running the company has a computer science or programming background and it shows in their management style. Suggestions for process improvements were ignored and, in general, they are not open to outside ideas.
