    It can be a good start for freshers. The colleagues and seniors are very helpful and down to earth.

    Cons

    No canteen facility, no Indian holidays

    Pros

    Its been a year in Decimal, good environment & people.
    co-operative HR team
    Directors are good
    lot of new initiatives are in pipeline

    Cons

    most of the people talk in regional language (Marathi) than Hindi or English- which does not leave good impression on external visitor. where it is needed can be talked.
    internal communication should be improved which will help employees only to communicate with client

    Advice to Management

    sometimes decisions or approval take longer time for small things/matter
    reporting hierarchy should be clear with in the team.

    - Good place to start your career
    - Freedom of implementations, you can do and try out new things
    - Definitely, a good place to build solid foundations of career
    - Management is highly talented people
    - Great exposure for building your financial career

    Cons

    - Stagnated work culture
    - Low compensation (and bonuses are a fairy tale)
    - Bonuses do no percolate to lower levels
    - Have to work on all National Holidays
    - Dull atmosphere, everyone does their job and leaves, you wouldn't know person sitting in next corridor
    - All season Recruitment (Many people leave in 6months / 1years time)
    - A very little investment on employees, parties etc.
    - No innovation (although, the name has it)
    - Less enthusiasm among employees, managers, and almost everyone

    Advice to Management

    - Invest in Employees, try to figure out how to keep employees happy, rest everything will work automatically
    - Bonuses and Compensation should be fair.
    - Talk to employees, everything is consolidated in groups. It seems there are four different companies operating in single office
