      Pros

      Good salary and exciting project. Fast-paced

      Cons

      Management have no clue what they're doing. HR department far too powerful - hiring and firing on a whim. I was let go with 16 others at the end of 2023 after they had spent the year growing the company from 20 to 100 people.

      Pros

      Mission sounds exciting and if it is delivered, there will be satisfaction in having created something new Some talented engineers (although most were let go) Opportunity to shine if you put the effort in and have the talent

      Cons

      Revolving door in the c-suite leading to confusing leadership with changing priorities Arrogance at c-suite and above that they know better than the experts or think that the engineering teams are lazy C-suite generally lacking in capability and expertise of the subject matter
