Pros

convenient because the work is remote, very suitable for someone short term.

Cons

Exec team and their manager level staff are not open to serious team (ie virtual assistant's) input. You have to be available during a full time day but may only be slotted to work part time hours (yes that’s what the agreement is - just go in with eyes open, you'll be gifting them many hours). CEO hires almost exclusively women with high levels of experience, pay does not reflect skill level. The roles and pay are VA roles and pay not executive assistant's. The hours available are not conducive to building a career - again just go in with eyes open. I have friends who’ve worked there, come and gone for the same reasons.

We do not and have not ever employed in the state of New York. For that reason this review is clearly not a legitimate review of Delegate Solutions by anyone who has ever worked for our company.

Pros

Team members definitely try and help you out It's 100% remote LOTS of great experience

Cons

Leadership does not care to hear anything from their employees, no feedback, no opinions, no ideas. Beware of ever speaking up about anything, you will get head nods during the conversation as if everything is being taken in and considered, and then you will get let go, in the blink of an eye. Do not try to be more helpful to your clients beyond what your manager tells you, or try to come up with ideas beyond what your manager tells you. you will get let go, in the blink of an eye. This company will preach transparency, they will encourage you to speak up, they will talk about all the training and assistance you will receive.... it's NOT true. They lie to their clients, making them think that their admin is set up for total success and can get everything done for them, it is a LIE! But don't complain about having to lie and fake it, you will get let go, in the blink of an eye. Clients are lead to believe they are getting transparent communication, they are not!

We offer flexible, part-time remote work, and make it clear right in the job posting that we don't guarantee the hours. Our hourly pay is standard, and is described and discussed before any hire. We have incentives for bonuses, yearly reviews and care deeply about our team. We continue to review possibilities for offering some benefits for our employees. We strive to keep an accurate pulse on our team through employee surveys, regular calls with Leadership, and our weekly team meetings.
