Pros

Always on the cutting edge of technology. Great Support and Development teams as well as having the best remote based support delivery. Always a challenge! Fulfilling job that comes with purpose to save lives.

Cons

Compensation packages limited. Need for additional talent with to much personal connection to individuals who bring little if nothing to the company as a whole.

Pros

Everyone counts, no politics. Frequent unannounced bonuses. Help Desk team has shrunk by 50% as the company customer base has grown. Reliable Cutting edge .Net stuff. Over 400 remote installs saving customers money for onsite install engineers. Wired up with latest mobile technologies and Windows Azure and the company is strong on its hybrid cloud expansion offerings. Potentially leading provider to US Hospitals.

Cons

Too concerned with Department of Defense sales! The distraction is a team drain. Non DoD expansion is the ticket.

I take great provide in providing the nations most formidable and most affordable mass notification platform. The best is yet to come and having just been recently selected as the primary enterprise alert system at Northern Command and NORAD as well as FEMA has bolstered our growth and company moral significantly.
