Pros
This technology and pace of innovation is so unique here. We solve every problem on our desks and are empowered as engineers. It's not obvious from the outside but this company is poised for explosive growth and profitability. There was a ton of activity in the past 1-2 years with new product introductions and integrating acquisitions, but the leadership team has done a tremendous job. As the dust settles the fruits will become obvious, the adoption and feedback we are seeing is rewarding. Great company to work for, exposed to all disciplines of engineering and problem solving. Strong focus on first principles. Development opportunities everywhere I look.
Cons
Small accountable teams can create internal competition, but it's largely healthy and productive.

Pros
My team is amazing. The folks I work with keep the company going. They problem solve, move, fix, and do just about everything a person can do to help all of the engineers, chemists, and technicians get their jobs done. Best team ever.
Cons
Things are constantly changing and sometimes it is hard to keep up.

Pros
Great people and good work environment. In a convenient location to many great food options and stores.
Cons
Poor management, unrealistic schedules, and massive disorganization amongst the company. Priorities shift what seems like daily. Not a great benefits package.

High-pressure work environment across all teams
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
This company has a phenomenal leadership team, specifically within the sales department. They are mentors, yet hold you accountable to help you grow as a leader yourself
Cons
This company is still considered a new company with a lot of growing pains. All the heavy lifting is being done now and at an extremely fast pace.
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Still keeps the startup-mentality by moving at a super fast pace, even with being a public company. This provides great opportunity to grow within a role - as there is more responsibility within each department every day.
Cons
The growth and pace can mean that some teams get bandwidth constrained fairly quickly. This can mean workloads are more than normal as hiring is catching up.
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★

Excellent opportunity to learn quickly Smart colleagues Opportunity for career growth and ownership Exciting industry Interesting growth stage Flexible schedule
Cons
Can feel like sprinting a marathon - exciting but tiring Lack of diversity
- Current Employee★★★★★
