Pros

Work with good people, good pay, welding and fabricating is good work.

Cons

Union job means tenure keeps you employed, not necessarily skill set.

Pros

the internship experience focused on personal development and allowed for autonomy

Cons

This company was privately owned previously and recently was bought out by a large multinational corporation. The individual branch is slowly being dissolved and incorporated into the larger corporation at the detriment to the branch

Pros

Great people to work with. Friendly. The long timers are willing to teach the newcomers what they know.

Cons

Too many middle managers micromanaging for the sake of micromanaging in order to justify their positions.
