Cons:
• It just keeps getting worse. The culture is toxic, and there’s a constant revolving door of both sales agents and managers, which says a lot.
• Management is poor and, at times, unprofessional. They've created a negative, pressure-heavy environment while providing no actual leadership or support. You feel less motivated to sale after meetings with them.
• Job security always feels up in the air. There’s a constant sense that you could be written up or fired at any moment, which makes it hard to feel stable or focused.
• What’s promised during the hiring process doesn’t match reality. Lead volume, pay range, and OTE are all overstated. There aren’t enough leads or hours in the day to realistically hit the numbers they sell you on.
• Work-life balance doesn’t exist. Even though it’s remote, you’re expected to be glued to your pipeline at all times. Stepping away, even briefly, could put your job at risk.
• Unlimited PTO is meaningless. You can’t actually take time off without falling behind or putting your job at risk, and it conveniently means no PTO is ever accrued or paid out upon leaving.
• Expectations are unclear, and the focus is purely on volume. It’s all about booking as many weddings as possible, with little regard for the couples or the quality of the experience.
