Pros

Casual dress, decent compensation. That is all.

Cons

Overworked, under appreciated. Unrealistic goals and expectations. Upper management is an inner circle and no matter how much the lead to you trust them, they will stab you in the back. Extremely high turnover rate. Joke of a commission rate (.5% on profit of parts sold). Most off all their "American Made" parts are made in Mexico or China.

No long-term potential there...

Pros

Casual dress; decent training process

Cons

No chance for advancement. A husband-wife team are running things and treat everyone like idiots. They are busy during the summer and expect you to alternate working on Saturdays. When the fall/winter comes and business slows down, they will send you home early without pay or let you go altogether. Many of their products are made in China, but they lie and boast about "Made in Detroit" products. There are many quality issues and a crappy warranty policy makes it hard to keep customers.

Pros

Small Business, Keeps customers entertained with free swag, BBB A+ rating, Stand behind their products.

Cons

Don’t pay their sales staff commission, each worker has 2-4 jobs, high expectations with low wages.
