      + High salary + Fully remote + Interesting work based mainly on AWS + High-level work deciding the technical direction for multiple enterprise products + Excellent CV material + No timesheets

      Cons

      - Very little feedback; positive feedback is mostly implicit, only negative feedback is explicit - "No timesheets" means that time is logged by "worksmart" spyware, which records in 10 minute blocks; in practice this means you work for longer to achieve your 40 hours because breaks of 10 minutes are deducted
