      Solid vision, but poor execution and support

      Pros

      The vision and the set of people who did the initial planning and built the base was solid. Some really talented folks.

      Cons

      No proper execution, really poor coding practices due to just hiring juniors, no mentorship scope because there are no seniors to mentor, no respect / appreciation for people doing good work (they get frustrated and leave the company)

      Early stage company, lot of scope to implement processes to streamline sales process

      Cons

      Frequent changes in strategy and product lines. No clarity. Random decisions. Leaders switch roles and do experiment. Started laying off people at this early stage of the organisation.
