      Pros

      Devcon has a good, and competitive comp plan, as well as a good benefits package minus 401k.

      Cons

      Policy changes by the second. Impossible credit policy Terrible field support, it's like everyone there is new always. They tend to have issues in there billing department, at least they do with my customers and my personal account. Left hand doesn't often talk to the right one Almost no company generated sales leads, any and all business you get will be on the self-generated business you obtain.
