Too much work (9am to 9pm) still you wont be encouraged that you are doing good Reporting managers are like dictators they will scold like he is the GOD and humiliate you for efforts that you are not meeting company expectations and all Will fire you with no solid reasons and no prior notice Work culture is ok ok but for lunch you need to go outside about 500m away for oily junk street foods because no other options you would get If you plan to come in this company always have a job back up or else you will repent later You cant delay or can make mistakes if you will do then you will be fired with some other reasons

The company's culture is really the worst. The management has no idea what they are doing. Instead of helping the team members, the manager make their life more difficult. If you want help, never ever go to the manager just get it sorted by your seniors who are one or two years elder than you. Overall my time here has been the worst 6 months and this is not the kind of start I was expecting in the starting of my career.
